Children's storytelling, Little Pot Little Pot

Here is the new Wednesday video. I love telling this story. Have your children join in with the actions and the chant, "Little pot, little pot, who lives in this little pot?"

Aiken Drum, childrens song by Pamela Sunshine

One of my favourite audience participation songs. We create such a yummy man in the moon. Please listen and remember to subscribe to my channel. I appreciate your support so much.

You Are My Sunshine, singalong song with Pamela Sunshine

This song is so melodic, but has that second verse that is so sad. Sometimes I leave it out when I sing with little ones. It is a song I often sing as a lullaby to my grandchildren. I hope you check it out on my Pamela Sunshine TV channel. There are lots of other songs there too. SO  many finger rhymes and chants.

Here Is A Ball For Baby, finger rhyme, nursery rhyme by Pamela Sunshine

It's been a busy day here as I go through all my videos on my youtube channel and update them with title thumbnails and correct my links. I have been away from my channel for a while as I was occupied with building my new cob house on Mayne Island.

I am thrilled to have the time to devote to my kids music once again. I hope you will check out the new look of Pamela Sunshine TV. I have new channel art as well.

I am sharing this one today as it is my all time favourite rhyme to do with small children.

Little Seed Little Seed by Pamela Sunshine, A New Video

Very excited to have made my first video in years for my youtube channel. I hope you give it a listen and enjoy it with your children and students.

I wrote this song as a music an movement song but it also works with just the hand movements.

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, children's song by Pamela Sunshine

I just love this simple song. It is one practically every child learns to sing as a toddler. It is so gentle. I love the actions as well. I hope you find someone to share this with and please do drop by my youtube channel and subscribe so you can check out my other videos of chants, rhymes and stories. http://www.youtube.com/pamelasunshinetv.

Love Is Something If You Give It Away Video

This is one of my favourite songs. Love is something if you give it away, you'll end up having more.

See The Snow, A song for Winter

It's been a while since I posted here on my blog. I have been building a cob house on Mayne Island here in BC.
We have just had a lot of snow here and I was reminded of this song I wrote.
A childrens song that is also great for singing with special needs. See the Snow gently uses images of nature and the five senses in this melodic singalong song. PS. I left out one verse,

Rhodo Fest Fun For the Family

Today,  May 3rd I will be singing at a wonderful festival in Burnaby. It is Rhodo Fest and it is
from 10am-3pm at Deer Lake Park and there is free admission

This charming festival produced by the City of Burnaby in collaboration with the Burnaby Rhododendron & Gardens Society, promotes the long-term sustainable, ecological health of our communities.  It presents a very unique venue for both horticulture and arts groups.

Festival highlights include a variety of entertainment, rovers, mini-workshops, horticultural and nature tours, plant sales, and interactive arts activities. A silent auction, artisan, and pottery sales are always crowd-pleasing favourites at this fun-filled festival!

I will be performing on the Spirit Stage at 11:00 and 1:30 and of course I will have my basket of instruments with me for the children to play along with the music. :-)

Just click on the link for the Schedule of Events  There is kite making and flower arranging and so much more.

I look forward to seeing you there
